I brought this bracelet for my daughter and she wears it when we go to visit her healer (Matthew Manning who I also highly recommend). I feel that it helps to hold and anchor the healing energies and she says it helps her to feel calmer and more positive. As she seems to be improving then it must all be working.
When I have been suffering feeling stiff and achy I did borrow it from her and wore it for the rest of the day and certainly felt better, I don’t know how these things work but even if the action of putting it on stimulates the bodies internal self healing intent then I will give it a go as a positive mind is always a good thing.
